I started this blog for several reasons.
One....I'm starting my weight loss journey. I've been exercising for a couple of months...finally got a gym membership. And I've been feeling quite good lately. I haven't really been *dieting* but have been trying to watch my portions and what I eat. So far, I've lost about 8 lbs. Not a lot, but I'm not really worried about losing weight quickly. I have noticed a change in the way my clothes and shoes fit...so that's a good thing.
Two...My other journey right now is the *You think you know me* class that I'm taking from Shimelle. This is the place where I am hoping to keep track of that.
Three... This will also be the place that I will post my *Learn Something New* album....if I ever get to working on it. (Shame on me! :P)
